Author’s Note:

Given the requests from my various American contacts, I’ve decided to create a French version of my book, which was originally translated into English. There will be a few extra pages in the « TV appearances » section to include some recent discoveries. I will update the book later this year for the French version, as a recent revision was already completed in 2025.

A brief summary of my book:

I wanted this book to exist in order to highlight the breadth of our beloved « Uncle Bob’s » immense career.

I approached it meticulously, with passion, and chronologically.

Therefore, this book begins with a mini-biography, followed by his various film appearances, then moves on to television movies, and finally concludes with the series he loved so much.

Another section is devoted to his television appearances.

I have also included his singing career and his boxing career.

The final chapter lists the various tributes paid to him in the press.

I hope you will appreciate my work, which I have done with the perspective of a true enthusiast.
